There is nothing like the trail before us, the day ahead of us, the dust behind us, and life upon us...

Swiss precision
('Posting this more for personal reference as this Swiss rider's exploits has been posted all around the web.) Check out "Fabulous" Fabian Cancellara's incredible downhill in Stage 7 of the 2009 Tour de France. Delayed by a flat tire, he slices and dices the curves and bends to rejoin the peloton. Speed in kilometers per hour (1.6 km/h = 1 mile per hour).
Watch how close he comes to the white convertible @ 69.2 km/h (43.25 mph) at the 3:34 minute mark.
All set to Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart's Symphony No. 25 in G minor.
Ah, bliss!

[H]eard of muscles? You know, those things that took billions of years to evolve into the splendid tools that now lie idle in the human body, because our so-smart brains would rather hitch a ride on some energy-guzzling toy. Meanwhile our waistlines expand and our hearts wither.(Michael McGrath)
What is wrong with a riding a bike or simply walking?
