Change is inevitable

(except from vending machines).

The plan was a 34 km Mandai-Yishun Dam ride, but there was a route change.

Hence, instead of the picture above...

I get to post this.

149.8 miles = 239.7 km

I guess this is what jocks (or himbos) call having a pair?

And you know what?

We did.

Break

A relic discovered by the undisputed High Priest of Pain.

Fri 7 PM:  weights
Sat 1 AM:  30.8 miles (49.3 km) road
Sat 7 AM:  10.6 miles (17 km) off-road (BT & Gangsa)
Sat 2 PM:  27 miles (43.2 km) road

Sleep?

Sleep is for the weak.

:-P

That was fun, guys!

Let's do it again sometime!

Ride on!

2 cool cards given to me:

This reminds me of one of the best rides I ever had  :-)

No one's home at the wheel

First, Black Mountain, now this:

What happened 15 minutes into a 21 mile (34 km) race on a highway between Playa Bagdad and Matamoros, Mexico. And there was even a police escort!

Someone's helmet came off.

1 killed, 10 injured.

The 28-year-old driver was allegedly drunk and had fallen asleep at the wheel.

Fatality: Alejandro Alvarez, 37.

Details.

Speaking from experience, I would say SCUBA diving, rock climbing, caving, are safer than riding on the road.
